Before you enquire

A few practical answers.

Clear boundaries between equipment supply, delivery and site work help us prepare a useful proposal.

Do you supply projects across the United States?

Yes. We support equipment supply enquiries across the United States, including U.S. warehouse fulfillment for eligible stocked items and DDP delivery where agreed.

Do you provide installation throughout the United States?

The installation offering on this page is for California projects. Electrical installation is coordinated with Excellent GMEP Construction INC, and building-related work can be coordinated with KWA Home where required and within the agreed scope. Other U.S. states are served on an equipment-supply basis.

Can equipment supply and installation be quoted together?

Yes, for California projects. Share your site information and requirements so we can define the equipment, delivery and installation scope, with the contracting parties and responsibilities stated in writing.

What should I include in my enquiry?

Send the project location, application, approximate capacity or load, equipment list if available, delivery destination and target schedule. For installation, include site or roof information and available utility usage data.
