Application fit
Built into the right operating plan.
Retail · Dealerships · Fleet top-ups. Selection depends on the site’s electrical conditions and the actual vehicle-use pattern.
Right-size the power tier
Compare 30, 40, 60 and 80 kW options with the vehicle charging curve and the site connection.
Understand shared output
On multi-gun models, confirm how total cabinet power is allocated when vehicles charge together.
Coordinate the whole bay
Review the foundation, feeder, disconnect, cable reach and protection as one installation scope.
Technical selection
Know what you are specifying.
These are configuration references. The current model datasheet and written scope determine the equipment supplied.

| Parameter | Selection reference | Confirm for your project |
|---|---|---|
| Rated output range | 30 / 40 / 60 / 80 kW references | Select the exact model against service capacity and operating demand. |
| Input service | 480 V three-phase reference for U.S. planning | Confirm the actual input rating, frequency, current and protection in the model datasheet. |
| DC output | Voltage window and maximum current: model-specific | Match the vehicle platforms and accepted DC charging profile. |
| Connector & ports | Single- or dual-gun configurations | Confirm connector type, port count and supported vehicle compatibility. |
| Power allocation | Static or dynamic modes: confirm per model | Total cabinet power is shared; two guns do not imply two full-rated outputs. |
| Backend & metering | OCPP and metering options: confirm per model | Review network version, billing needs and platform compatibility. |
| Enclosure & cooling | Outdoor/cooling ratings: model-specific | Review ambient temperature, ventilation and installation clearances. |
| Order evidence | Datasheet, safety documents, commissioning guide and warranty | Confirm the supplied hardware, software and documentation package. |
Project inputs
Three checks before selection.
Use the project’s actual conditions to define a compatible configuration with your installer or engineer.
Electrical headroom
Existing transformer, available service and other simultaneous site loads.
Vehicle mix
Required DC voltage/current range and the vehicles’ accepted charging curves.
Bay operation
Expected dwell time, simultaneous charging, cable routing and backend requirements.
Quality & production evidence
Quality should be traceable.
Review the evidence for the proposed equipment, from assembly and routine testing to the documents supplied with the order.
Parameters that match
Confirm model identity, rated input/output, connector, enclosure, cable limits and protection against the current datasheet.
Factory & functional records
Agree which assembly, routine electrical, protection and functional test records are available for the selected model.
Documents that apply
Review applicable safety/listing evidence and backend compatibility for the exact hardware, firmware and destination.
A defined delivery package
Confirm serial identification, manuals, accessories, commissioning information, packing records and warranty terms.
Certification logos or a product photograph are not a substitute for model-specific documentation. Requested records and test scope are confirmed in the written quotation.
Production & supply scope
Define the package.
Keep it accountable.
The hardware, accessories and supporting records should describe the same selected configuration.
Our service & quality approach ↗- 01
Before production or allocation
Confirm model, power tier, connector, quantities, site interfaces and the requested document list.
- 02
Before dispatch
Review the agreed test records, identification, accessories, packing information and delivery terms.
- 03
For commissioning & operation
Confirm installation and operating manuals, backend access where included, maintenance information, warranty and support arrangements.
Practical answers
Before you specify.
Resolve the details that affect compatibility, operation and the final supply scope.
Does a dual-gun charger provide full power to both vehicles?
Do not assume it does. Total cabinet output is allocated across the guns. Confirm the model’s allocation logic and per-port limits.
Can it use an existing 480 V service?
Voltage alone is insufficient. The installer or engineer must review spare capacity, feeder and protection against the selected model’s input requirements.
How long will a vehicle take to charge?
Charging time depends on the vehicle, battery state, temperature, accepted charging curve and shared output. It cannot be guaranteed from the charger’s headline rating.
Can a battery buffer help a constrained connection?
It may be worth comparing, subject to a site-specific energy, controls and cost review. Storage does not remove the need to assess the complete electrical design.
Which accessories and documents are included?
Confirm the guns, cables, holders, mounting/foundation guidance, commissioning access, safety documents and warranty in the order scope.
