Quality, documentation and protection-scope review.
Voltage, current, protection, enclosure and requested documentation are reviewed against the proposed equipment and site requirements before the equipment scope is confirmed.
Model-specific technical review
Voltage/current, protection, enclosure and interface scope are reviewed for the selected equipment.
Documentation fit
Requested data sheets, technical documents and compliance information are reviewed for the proposed model and destination-market requirements.
Quote-confirmed supply scope
Model, quantity, accessories, availability, delivery conditions and requested documents are confirmed in the written quotation.
Clear, project-specific information. Documentation availability and applicability are confirmed for the proposed equipment rather than assumed across a whole product category.
Project-fit distribution planning
Coordinate distribution equipment around the protection scheme and site interfaces.
Switchgear selection needs more than a voltage and current rating. We review the protection, metering, interconnection and equipment interfaces that shape the project’s electrical distribution scope.
Electrical duty
System voltage, current, short-circuit information and the operating conditions of the connected equipment.
Protection & control
Required protection functions, metering, communications and coordination with the wider electrical design.
Site & documentation
Indoor/outdoor environment, enclosure requirements, required documents and delivery sequence.

Configuration context
Coordinate the protection and distribution interfaces.
Distribution equipment is relevant only when its voltage, duty, protection functions and connected equipment interfaces are clear. We use the project electrical information to align the appropriate supply direction.

Ordering questions
Can you build to our single-line diagram?
Yes. Send the single-line diagram and load list and we return a layout, a Bill of Materials and a type-tested form of separation for your approval before anything goes into production.
Which form of separation do we need?
It depends on how much of the board must stay live during maintenance. Form 4b is specified where maximum continuity is required; Form 2b is common for standard distribution boards. We build either, and we will tell you if the form you asked for is more than the application needs.
Which component brands do you use?
ABB, Schneider and Siemens as standard, or we build with brands you nominate. We flag the price and lead-time impact before you commit, not after.
What is the MOQ?
One cubicle. Switchgear is built to order from approved drawings, so there is no quantity minimum.
Withdrawable or fixed?
Withdrawable suits incomers and large feeders where replacement time matters, because the unit is swapped without de-energising the board. Fixed construction costs less and takes less depth, and suits small feeders that are rarely touched.
Do we need internal arc containment?
If your arc-flash study shows incident energy above the PPE limit at the working distance, yes. Assemblies are built to IEC 61439-1 and -2 as standard, with UL 891 or UL 1558 construction and internal arc testing to IEC 61641 where your study requires it.
