Documentation support for every product category.
For modules, inverters, storage, mounting, transformers and switchgear, we review the relevant product certification and compliance documents against the selected model and destination-market requirements.
- Model-specific reviewCertificates and compliance documents are confirmed for the actual equipment proposed.
- Destination requirementsDocumentation is checked against the standards and market requirements supplied with your enquiry.

SERVICE & QUALITY
What every order includes
Applies to equipment supplied through GTP Solar across all six categories, from single pallets to project-scale releases.
On every equipment order
- Specification sheets, nameplate data and test reports for the exact models supplied – not for a nearby model in the same family.
Order documents
- Transformers and switchgear: drawings issued for your approval before production starts.
- Packing list, commercial invoice and delivery documentation with every shipment.
Stock and lead time
- Common specifications are held in U.S. warehouse inventory.
Stock & delivery details
- As fast as 7 days on stocked lines, delivered direct to your U.S. job site or yard.
- From one pallet on stocked module lines, with no minimum quantity on inverters and storage.
Compliance paperwork
- Storage orders include the UL 9540 and UL 9540A documentation for the supplied model, the clearance drawing and the anchorage calculation for your region.
Compliance documents
- Where your jurisdiction asks for more than the standard pack, we produce it before shipment.
These commitments apply to equipment supplied through GTP Solar. Where a manufacturer term is longer, the manufacturer term applies instead. Ask for any of them in writing on your quote. See the full service and quality commitment.
SELECTION GUIDE
How the equipment categories fit together
Each category decides one thing in the system. Specifying them in this order keeps the interfaces consistent and avoids the rework that comes from ordering them separately.
Illustrative selection information. Confirm the final specification for your model, site and delivery scope.
View full configuration & sizing factors
| Equipment | What it decides in the system | Specified from |
|---|---|---|
| Solar modules | Sets how much energy the site can produce per square metre | Roof or land area, racking format, inverter string voltage and current window |
| Inverters and controllers | Converts DC to usable AC and manages battery charging | Array configuration, grid code of the utility, battery chemistry and backup requirement |
| Battery energy storage | Decides how long the load runs without sun or grid | Which circuits must stay on, for how long, and the cycling profile |
| Mounting systems | Holds the array to the structure for the design life | Wind speed, snow load, roof covering, building height, ground conditions |
| Transformers | Matches system voltage to the grid or plant voltage | Load profile and diversity, fault level, indoor or outdoor, losses specified by the utility |
| Switchgear and distribution | Protects and isolates every circuit downstream | Prospective fault level, discrimination study, required form of separation, maintenance policy |
Indicative ranges for enquiry planning. Final values follow the site review and are confirmed in writing on your quote.
Where orders usually go wrong
- Modules ordered before the inverter string window is checked, so the string configuration has to be redone on site.
- Storage ordered after the electrical design is frozen, which puts fire-code review on the critical path.
- Transformer and switchgear bought from different suppliers, so impedance and short-circuit ratings do not line up.
- Mounting ordered on price alone, without the structural calculation for the wind and snow region of the site.
Questions buyers ask
Can we order one category now and the rest later?
Yes, but interfaces are easier to get right if the full scope is reviewed once. We can hold the design and release the equipment in the sequence your schedule needs.
How do we avoid mismatched equipment between suppliers?
By specifying the interfaces before ordering: string voltage and current window, battery communication protocol, transformer impedance and vector group, switchgear fault rating. We confirm each one in writing on the quotation.
Is everything stocked in the U.S.?
Common specifications are held in U.S. warehouse inventory and can ship in as little as 7 days. Engineered ratings, such as transformers built to order, are quoted with a firm date.
What documents arrive with the equipment?
Datasheets, test reports and certification for your destination market, serial-level test records where applicable, packing list and delivery documentation. The exact list is on each product page.
Send the application, target capacity and destination, and we will return a single equipment list with the interfaces confirmed rather than six separate quotations.
