Application fit
Built into the right operating plan.
Busy commercial bays · Fleet hubs. Selection depends on the site’s electrical conditions and the actual vehicle-use pattern.
Design for real throughput
Use vehicle arrivals, dwell time and charging acceptance to compare the higher-output options.
Check concurrent use
Confirm how the cabinet allocates power across vehicles and the maximum available at each port.
Look upstream early
Review the transformer, feeder and protection before the charging hardware scope is fixed.
Technical selection
Know what you are specifying.
These are configuration references. The current model datasheet and written scope determine the equipment supplied.

| Parameter | Selection reference | Confirm for your project |
|---|---|---|
| Rated output range | 120 / 150 / 160 / 180 kW references | Confirm the exact model and any operating derating. |
| Input service | 480 V three-phase reference for U.S. planning | Confirm capacity, rated input current, frequency and protective devices per model. |
| DC operating window | Output voltage and current limits: model-specific | Check compatibility with the actual vehicle platforms. |
| Connectors & cables | Single- or dual-gun configurations | Confirm connector, rated cable current, reach and handling requirements. |
| Power sharing | Total cabinet output allocated across ports | Confirm dynamic modes and per-port limits; full cabinet output is not available to every port simultaneously. |
| Metering & network | Model-specific OCPP and metering options | Confirm backend, public-use billing and management functions. |
| Installation envelope | Foundation, clearance and ventilation: per manual | Coordinate the bay layout, impact protection and maintenance access. |
| Order evidence | Model-specific safety documents, manuals and commissioning records | Agree the hardware, firmware, accessories, warranty and document list. |
Project inputs
Three checks before selection.
Use the project’s actual conditions to define a compatible configuration with your installer or engineer.
Arrival & queue profile
How many vehicles arrive together, their required energy and available charging windows.
Grid-to-bay path
Transformer capacity, existing loads, feeders, disconnects and protection.
Vehicle acceptance
Battery platform, DC voltage/current limits and real charging curves.
Quality & production evidence
Quality should be traceable.
Review the evidence for the proposed equipment, from assembly and routine testing to the documents supplied with the order.
Parameters that match
Confirm model identity, rated input/output, connector, enclosure, cable limits and protection against the current datasheet.
Factory & functional records
Agree which assembly, routine electrical, protection and functional test records are available for the selected model.
Documents that apply
Review applicable safety/listing evidence and backend compatibility for the exact hardware, firmware and destination.
A defined delivery package
Confirm serial identification, manuals, accessories, commissioning information, packing records and warranty terms.
Certification logos or a product photograph are not a substitute for model-specific documentation. Requested records and test scope are confirmed in the written quotation.
Production & supply scope
Define the package.
Keep it accountable.
The hardware, accessories and supporting records should describe the same selected configuration.
Our service & quality approach ↗- 01
Before production or allocation
Confirm model, power tier, connector, quantities, site interfaces and the requested document list.
- 02
Before dispatch
Review the agreed test records, identification, accessories, packing information and delivery terms.
- 03
For commissioning & operation
Confirm installation and operating manuals, backend access where included, maintenance information, warranty and support arrangements.
Practical answers
Before you specify.
Resolve the details that affect compatibility, operation and the final supply scope.
Is 180 kW the right choice for every fleet?
No. The available charging window and vehicle acceptance determine how much of that output is useful. Review the demanding operating period, not only the average day.
Can two cars charge at the cabinet’s full nameplate power?
The total output is shared. Confirm the allocation logic and per-port maximum rather than treating a dual-gun unit as two independent full-rated chargers.
Will the site need a transformer upgrade?
That depends on the existing service and spare capacity. Compare the proposed load and other site loads with the installer, engineer and utility where required.
What should a commissioning review cover?
Confirm the input and protection checks, connector operation, allocation behavior, metering and backend communication specified for the selected configuration.
How are service and delivery terms confirmed?
Availability, dispatch, delivery, warranty, firmware support and spare-part arrangements are agreed for the selected model in the written order terms.
