Quality, documentation and site-fit review.
Module compatibility, support arrangement, site conditions and requested documentation are reviewed against the proposed mounting scope before the equipment scope is confirmed.
Model-specific technical review
Module fit, structure type, environment and fastening requirements are reviewed for the proposed system.
Documentation fit
Requested data sheets, technical documents and compliance information are reviewed for the proposed model and destination-market requirements.
Quote-confirmed supply scope
Model, quantity, accessories, availability, delivery conditions and requested documents are confirmed in the written quotation.
Clear, project-specific information. Documentation availability and applicability are confirmed for the proposed equipment rather than assumed across a whole product category.
Project-fit mounting planning
Start with the roof or ground condition, then match the mounting package.
Mounting hardware has to work with the actual structure, module format and local exposure conditions. We help convert site information into the appropriate mounting supply scope.
Structure & surface
Roof type or ground condition, attachment approach, penetrations and usable installation area.
Module & layout
Module dimensions, array geometry, tilt requirements and rail or clamp compatibility.
Site exposure
Wind, snow, corrosion environment, local requirements and installer preferences where provided.

Configuration context
Let the structure guide the mounting scope.
The mounting package follows the real roof or ground condition, module dimensions, array geometry and local exposure information supplied by the project team. It is not selected independently of the installation plan.

Ordering questions
Can you design to our local wind and snow code?
Yes. A site-specific structural calculation comes with every project — send the wind speed, snow load and building height and we return a stamped calculation for that location, not a generic sheet.
Do you supply rails and clamps separately?
Yes. Full kits and individual components are both available, which matters when you are replacing or extending an existing array.
Which roof types do you cover?
Pitched tile, metal standing seam, trapezoidal metal, flat ballasted and membrane roofs. Tell us the roof build-up and we match the fixing and flashing to it.
What is the MOQ for mounting?
From one pallet or bundle, and mounting is most cost effective when it travels with your module order on the same delivery.
Aluminium or galvanised steel?
Aluminium is lighter and corrosion resistant, which suits weight-limited roofs. Hot-dip galvanised steel carries higher loads and suits ground-mount and carport structures. Coastal sites are specified in stainless steel or with a heavier coating, and we tell you which applies.
What information do you need to design the structure?
Wind speed, snow load, building height, roof covering and pitch, and the module dimensions you intend to use. With those we return a site-specific structural calculation for that location.
