Globaltradepivot LLC supplies equipment under the GTP Solar brand. We provide complimentary design support, a coordinated one-stop equipment/material scope, and applicable product certification documentation for the selected equipment and destination. Within our California service area we install with our own licensed crew – residential and commercial roofs, ground-mounted arrays, carports, storage and off-grid systems. Outside California, and on export orders, we supply the equipment and documentation and your licensed contractor carries out the site work.

Scope, stage by stage
What we provide, and what you provide.
A solar supply order has seven decision points. Knowing which side owns each one is what keeps a project date from moving, so the split is set out here rather than discovered in correspondence.
- 01Enquiry — We check availability against your product list, quantities, destination and target date. You provide the brief — a bill of materials or single-line diagram helps if you have one.
- 02Design review — We provide complimentary system design support and review the equipment interfaces against your brief. You confirm the site constraints, load profile and voltages.
- 03Quotation — We issue a written scope: equipment, quantities, lead time, delivery arrangement and the documentation list. You approve the scope and raise the order.
- 04Compliance — Certification and compliance documents are obtained for the destination market against the model actually shipped. You tell us the target market and the authority that has to accept it.
- 05Freight — We provide the container plan, the packing specification, a loading plan and pre-sealing photographs. You provide the delivery address and confirm receiving capability and site access.
- 06Delivery — Stocked lines ship from U.S. warehouse inventory; other items are coordinated as sea freight. You confirm the receiving window and unloading arrangements.
- 07After delivery — Commissioning checks, warranty handling and module replacement-first claims are supported from here. In California the installation is carried out by our own licensed crew; outside California it is carried out by your licensed contractor.
Responsibilities are confirmed in writing for each order. Where a specific project needs something outside this list, it is raised at quotation stage rather than after delivery.

Installation and interconnection.
Inside our California service area our own licensed crew carries out the installation. Outside it, on-site construction, electrical installation and grid interconnection are carried out by your own licensed local contractors. Permits, interconnection approval and authority sign-off sit with you and them.
What is committed, in writing.
Scope, lead time, delivery terms and documentation are confirmed in writing for the specific order. Anything an order cannot meet is excluded in the quotation, not corrected afterwards.
