Who does what. GTP Solar supplies equipment and agreed project documentation. Inside our California service area around Arcadia, installation is carried out by our own licensed crew; outside it, on-site construction, electrical installation and grid interconnection remain with your own licensed local contractors. The scope and its boundaries are set out on the California installation page.

Send us the brief you have.
Application, product list, capacity, target location and delivery timing are useful starting points. We will respond with the appropriate equipment supply scope, available documentation and next steps for your B2B enquiry.
SERVICE & QUALITY
What we commit to on every order
These are written as obligations, not as marketing language. If any of them is not met on your order, tell us and we will put it right.
Documentation that ships with your order
- Solar modules: a factory flash test report and an EL (electroluminescence) image for every module, plus a serial number list mapped to pallet and string position.
Documentation details
- Battery storage: UL 9540 listing documentation and the UL 9540A test report for the exact model and capacity supplied, plus pack-level UL 1973 listing.
- Mounting structures: layout drawing with row pitch and setback dimensions, clamp zone and torque values for your module frame, and a structural calculation for your loads and region.
- Transformers and switchgear: nameplate data and test reports to the applicable IEC or ANSI / IEEE standard, with drawings issued for approval before production.
- Every shipment: packing list, commercial invoice and delivery documentation.
Warranty and claims
- Warranty terms are confirmed in writing for the specific lot before you commit.
Warranty & claims details
- If a warranted module fails, we advance a replacement unit before the factory claim settles.
- We submit and manage the claim ourselves – you are not handed a factory email address.
- Frame cracking from over-torqued clamps is excluded from the module warranty, so torque values are issued in writing with every mounting order.
Code and compliance support
- Battery storage: installation and clearance drawings, anchorage calculation for your wind and seismic region, and the commissioning checklist your AHJ will work through.
Compliance support details
- Where your jurisdiction requires something beyond the standard package, we produce it before shipment rather than after a correction notice.
- Lithium battery transport is handled by us under U.S. DOT / HMR rules.
Delivery
- Stock for common specifications is held in U.S. warehouse inventory.
Delivery details
- As fast as 7 days on stocked specifications.
- Direct delivery to your U.S. job site or yard.
- From one pallet on stocked module lines; no minimum quantity on inverters and storage.
These commitments apply to equipment supplied through GTP Solar. Where a manufacturer term is longer, the manufacturer term applies instead. Ask for any of them in writing on your quote. Send your requirements and we will confirm them in writing.
